ACTIVATE INTEGRATED ITS.
Logon to target system with DDIC
- Call transaction SMICM and check ICM is active and running
- Check profile parameter itsp/enable is set to 1.

goto transaction RZ11 and fill in value itsp/enable .
click on display
Value of 1 is ok – means integrated ITS is enabled
Set in Instance Profile: icm/host_name_full = aix018c
- Call transcation SICF
Click on execute (F8)
Go to tree path default_host – sap – bc – gui – sap – its – webgui
Check if this is grey. This means
that the ITS services are currently not active
Right click the ITS
node and activate the service. This will turn black now
Click on second yes
button
The following nodes
need also to be activiated in SICF
/sap/public/bc
/sap/public/bc/ur
Activating service
/sap/public/bc
Click on the first
yes button
Activating service
/sap/public/bc/ur
Click on the first
yes button.
Test for the ITS
webgui:
Result at XXXXXn on
28.04.: The following Link is called:
http://aix018c:0/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN
But the WebSite is
not found.
XXXX has asked XXXX to
provide the HTTP-port parameter.
After we can set the
parameter icm/server_port_<xx> = <value of HTTP port>
In the Instance
Profile.
But it should like
the following (generic customer example):
Click on Logon
Give username and
password
Republish the services “webgui” and “system”
Call transaction SE80 and select service type as internet
service and service name “SYSTEM”
Right click the service name -> Publish -> complete
service
Repeat the same steps for the Webgui service
Republish all the templates using Tcode SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT
Test the webgui service again from SICF .
It should like the following: (see this Customer Example):
The webgui was displayed successfully. The Integrated ITS
configuration is complete now.
