TNS-01114: LSNRCTL could not perform local OS authentication with the listener
TNS-01115: OS error 22 creating shared memory segment of 129 bytes with key 2044160132

Here's the solution I deployed to: TNS-01114 and TNS-01115: Unable To Stop/Status An Oracle10g TNS Listner On Sun Solaris Note:337056.1
1. Edit the /etc/system file and increase the value for 'shminfo_shmmni'.

set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni=1000
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmin=1

2. Reboot the Sun Solaris Server to have this change take effect
